Served on a bed of lettuce with homemade marie rose sauce with wholemeal bread

Ginger Cheese, Apple & Cranberry Salad (v) (*gf)

With a balsamic drizzle

Chef’s Sirloin Steak cooked medium topped with haggis with a creamy Balmoral sauce, chunky chips, fresh vegetables 

Chicken Forrestier (*gf)

This succulent chicken breast dish, with its woodland flavours of mushrooms, garlic and thyme with buttered new potatoes & selection of fresh vegetables 

Roasted Pork Mustard

One of our all-time favourite dishes – black pudding wrapped in a duo of pork – pork loin and bacon baked in the oven then topped with a whole grain mustard sauce truly yummy served with chunky chips and a selection of fresh vegetables

Homemade Butternut & Cherry Tomato Crumble (v) 

Served on a tomato sauce and served with a salad with olives and balsamic drizzle
