4th Course – Champagne Sorbet

Pan fried fillet steak, cooked medium, topped with a sauce of whisky, mushroom and shallot

Chicken Italian
Breast of chicken filled with mozzarella and wrapped in panchetta in a tarragon sauce

Venison Casserole
Chef’s venison casserole with creamy mash on a bed red cabbage

Mushroom and Pepper Stroganoff

Mushrooms and peppers cooked in a rich creamy stroganoff sauce
