Our head chef has created Festive menus for the Christmas celebrations that will truly live up to your expectations, albeit for a party of one hundred or an intimate meal for two.

We strongly advise early booking to avoid disappointment. A telephone call will secure a provisional reservation.

- Selection of Italian Meats served with a garlic mayonnaise and olives
- White asparagus wrapped in Parma ham roasted in garlic oil and accompanied with warmed hollandaise sauce
- Prawn & Pineapple Salad with a Marie rose sauce
- Mushrooms stuffed with blue cheese and pear served with a crisp salad
- Fanned melon with a berry and port coulis

To Follow

- Roasted Turkey, Pig in Blanket, Homemade Stuffing and all the trimmings
- Chef’s chicken stroganoff served with timbale of rice
- Fish Melody - White fish topped with a dill and garlic mash topped with a creamy seafood sauce
- Gammon steak , old English mustard sauce and roasted tomato
- Mushroom and Pepper Stroganoff served with rice
- Steak Balmoral- Rump steak cooked to your liking and topped with haggis in a creamy drambuie sauce
