Merry Christmas 2010

Our head chef has created Festive menus for the Christmas celebrations that will truly live up to your expectations, albeit for a party of one hundred or an intimate meal for two.

We strongly advise early booking to avoid disappointment. A telephone call will secure a provisional reservation.

Chef’s winter chorizo and cannellini bean Soup

Scallops pan fried with lime and chilli on a bed of leaves

Smooth duck liver pate with a redcurrant jelly and wholemeal toast

Field Mushroom stuffed with Gorgonzola cheese caramelised pear and baked in the oven with a pot of port and orange sauce

Fantail of melon presented with prawns dressed in Marie rose sauce
