Merry Christmas 2012

Our head chef has created Festive menus for the Christmas celebrations that
will truly live up to your expectations, albeit for a party of one hundred
or smaller event for 20.

We strongly advise early booking to avoid disappointment. A telephone call
will secure a provisional reservation.

Yuletide has always been a time of friendship and hospitality and we
sincerely hope that you will give us the opportunity to help these annual
festivities memorable and special.

Cracker included for everyone!
Chef's home made soup (v)
Selection of Italian Meats with olives and a garlic Mayonnaise
Fleshly fanned melon caressed with a berry coulis and garnished with fruits (v)
Traditional local oatcake filled with smoked salmon and prawns in a creamy sauce
Creamy Garlic Mushrooms (v)
White asparagus wrapped in parma ham with a hollandaise sauce

Roasted Derbyshire turkey, homemade stuffing, wrapped chipolata and rich gravy
Oven baked chicken stuffed with cambert wrapped in parma ham and topped with a cranberry sauce
Local trout with a creamy blue cheese sauce
Chef's baked gammon steak and olde English mustard sauce
Steak balmoral - sirloin steak topped with haggis with a drambuie sauce
Mushroom and Pepper Stroganoff with a timbale of rice (v)
