Terms and Conditions
Normal rooms are all situated in the grounds have their own parking outside the room, are tastefully decorated and they all have en suite bath rooms (some also have showers) colour televisions, DVD Player telephone and tea and coffee facilities, and radio.
Standard Family suites have a double bedroom with lounge area (sofa makes double bed), bathroom and separate bunk room. These suites also have a patio and picnic table and standard facilities of normal rooms.
Suite 14 has an entrance hall with two doors – one door to a bunk bedroom and the other door leads to a double room you go through to get to the twin room with the shower room located from this room. The suite has all facilities of a normal room.
Suite 12 has a bunk room for two and a large bedroom for 6, en suite bathroom and all standard facilities of normal rooms.
Suite 25/26 has a double bedroom, family room for 4 and bathroom. Both rooms have all facilities including flat screen TV’s with DVD players
All rooms have a daily maid service during your stay included in your room rate.
All reservations require a standard non refundable deposit of £60.00 per room to guarantee all room bookings made. Reservations can be made by Phone, Fax or Post. All booking alterations need to be done 48 hours before the original start date of the reservation and are subject to a £10.00 administration fee, must have alternative date/room option available, and must be put in writing by either fax, email or letter.
Cancellation Policy for Standard Bookings
A deposit of £60.00 is required to secure each room you book. We are a very small hotel and there is a considerable loss to us if a booking is cancelled and the room can not be re-booked. A loss much more than that of the deposit. Deposits are therefore non refundable. 48 Hours notice is required prior to arrival if the booking is to be cancelled or payment in full will be due and payable. All Cancellations must be put in writing either by fax, email or letter.
There are insurance companies that cover lost deposit situations and we recommend that you cover yourself against loss
Christmas and New Year Breaks each have own cancellation policy please see the individual breaks for details.
Dinner and Supplement Payments are non refundable but however can be transferred to new dates.
If a customer wished to transfer a booking to new dates a £10.00 admin fee is required as well as any extra supplements or difference in change of rates and at least 48 hours notice before the original start date of the reservation.
Arrival & Departure Times
Rooms are available form 3pm (they may be ready earlier) on the date of arrival. We would ask you to depart from your room by 12 noon.
Early check from 12 noon is available at a cost of £20.00 per room
Children are very welcome in the restaurant. There is also a small play area for under 10’s.
Breakfast is served 7.30am – 9.30am Out of School Holidays and 7.30am or 8.00am – 10.00am on Weekends and School Holidays. Bar Snacks are served all day. Restaurant meals are served from 5.30pm. In the evening the restaurant has a small area for bar snack meals.
Dogs are very welcome to stay with you in your room, often a supplement payment is chargeable. We allow dogs everywhere in the inn except the restaurant. Dog Owners are fully liable in the event of any damage.
All prices include VAT at 20.0%. Staff gratuities are at your discretion. Payment methods accepted are, cash, cheque with valid bankers card, debit, switch and all major credit cards.
