Please note the following 72 Hour Cancellation Policy for Standard Reservations
Full Payment is required to secure each room you book. We are a very small hotel and there is a considerable loss to us if a booking is cancelled and the room can not be rebooked. 72 Hours notice is required prior to arrival if the booking is to be cancelled then a refund in full will be made apart from a £60.00 cancellation fee per room booking made. If cancellation is made with less than 72 hours notice all monies are then non refundable All Cancellations or Alterations of Bookings Must be put in writing either by fax, email or letter.
There are insurance companies that cover holiday bookings and we recommend that you cover yourself against loss.
