Please note the following 48 Hour Cancellation Policy

A deposit of £60.00 is required to secure each room you book. We are a very small hotel and there is a considerable loss to us if a booking is cancelled and the room can not be rebooked. A loss much more than that of the deposit. Deposits are therefore non refundable. 48 Hours notice is required prior to arrival if the booking is to be cancelled or payment in full will be due and payable. All Cancellations or Alterations of Bookings Must be put in writing either by fax, email or letter.

There are insurance companies that cover lost deposit situations and we recommend that you cover yourself against loss.
